OCTOBER 25, 2023

The Fillmore Township Board of Trustees and Fillmore Township Planning Commission will meet on October 30, 2023 at 6pm.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Fillmore Township Board of Trustees and the Fillmore Township Planning Commission to meet in a closed session, to consider the contents of a confidential attorney opinion regarding conditional or contractual zoning as allowed by the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act and the Township’s Zoning Ordinance, and related matters.

Red Cross of Ottawa County has an agreement with the ARC of Allegan County to serve Fillmore Twp. They will provide emergency assistance to those in disaster situations as well as emergency personnel in all areas of Fillmore
Township. The Chapter also provides residents Service to the Armed Forces if
